Flight Simulator 2002 is GREAT if you are a pilot, or hardcore in to sim games. For just combat and crap, Crimson Skies was fun...

I asked this awhile back and people could only come up with WWII combat sims (bleh). Damint Janes where are you when we need you? You should probably check out Ace Combat 4 for PS2.

Falcon 3.0 - best sim ever. Better game than Falcon 4.0, but the graphics aren't as nice.
