Yeah, i know, diet an exercise. But i was wondering if there were any books like Eat, Drink, and be Healthy (the harvard one) that take a scientific approach to wieght loss. ANything that discusses what foods are low calorie yet nutritious, and curb appetite, or can boost metobolism. Not Dr. Phil or Atkins. Low carb is good, but no carb is horrible when exercising so i hear. Also, any discussions on weather one can loose weight and gain muscle at the same time?
