Nice... but why'd you choose forest-camo over desert camo? I admire the fact that the one you chose was significantly harder to do (guess spraying everything tan isn't hard). Love the wear marks.
I use to build models, mainly WWII tanks and Gundam mobile suits. We use to have an intact, painted Tiger, Panther, Cromwell, Sherman and some APC, but some dumbass stored them poorly (wasn't me, but I didn't intervene, so that's not good), and they are now in pieces.
By the way, which brand is it? I think it was Tamaya (sp?) that had the most variety and best kits.

Very cool. How many hours do you have into it?

I did my last model when I was 12.
That was 39 years ago. Looks like I have some restoring to do. btw-I did that without any kit, just copper tubing, balsa wood, paper, and thread.

Nice job Sabot! I used to be into military models big time when I was younger. I actually kind of miss it.

Is this a decent place to order one from? There's no hobby stores around here.Originally posted by: Kreon
I build models as well. Helps me to relax
Mostly figures
I usually buy models through the local hobby shop. His distributor also owns/runs an online retail
I usually use it for browsing
Here
Edit: click the button at the top of the page to get in. I usually use the search function to look, it's easier to browse that way
