Hehe. This could be the year we get the ultimate Stanley Cup Final . Wings vs Leafs.
The Wings have been suffering a bit lately, but it's to be expected, they had such a great start.

Optimus: This is the year the Leafs go to the Final. I couldnt speculate on actually winning the thing, but I bet we win the Eastern Conference. I can't think of a team in the East that can touch the Leafs lineup/depth.

I hate the fact that I live in Atlanta now and only get to see my Wings play live once every other year. The Thrashers are just horrible and really hard to root for!

Haha the sabres. This year should be teaching you what we in Toronto knew all along. The sabres were all about Hasek. Now that he's gone they will be lucky to make the playoffs. I still can't believe they let him and Pecca go.
Who knows, maybe they just wanted to get out of Buffalo. Can't say I'd blame em.

Hmm, maybe you should take a look at the numbers...Biron's are better than hasek's, do you know why?

I didn't think so, the reason his numbers are better is because the Sabres defense is better...than anyone elses. Hasek is no longer the goaltender he was, and hasn't been for 3 years. Even last year Biron had better numbers than Hasek, and do you know what else? IMHO he is the Sabres second best goaltender, Noronen is even better. Point is the sabres will make it to the playoffs, and probably deeper than the no-depth Leafs.

Pecca and Hasek both talked bad about Buffalo, im glad to see them gone... i wouldnt give Hasek the time of the day now...

as oyu can tell my teams is buffalo, and they will make it into the playoffs, like we do every year, but we wont make it very far... buffalo always decides to play better the second half of the season...

Quattro... we have Biron... who only has 2 full seasons under his belt in the NHL... sure, he prolly is the future of this team, but hes not playing like he is... then we have essensa for back up? not to be mean to he guy, but PLEASE!!! sure hes got plenty of nhl experience, but the guy is old! he is playing bad at best...

and who the HELL can score goals on our team REGULARLY? satan is the only player who lights it up consistently... although i hate him, without pecca more guys are going to have to stand up and put some shots on net... cuz goals arent going to score themselves

Why do we have Essesna as a backup? Why does every team have a backup...starter can't play 82 games that's why.

About his experience? I only said he has better numbers, I don't think he is the future of the team. Mika Noronen is.

And Peca is spelled with one C, not 2.

Furthermore, when since 1980 have the sabres EVER had consistent scoring? One year...1989. That's IT.

noronen doesnt even have a permanent spot on our roster, so he could be gone in a second if we get someone for his rights... noronen will be in the nhl full time, but not for another couple years... which means marty is here for at least 2 seasons... i dont even know how long his contract is for...

I think you missed my point, I said I think Noronen is the future goaltender of the Sabres, he is not the current starter, the current starter is Martin Biron who is 2 years older than Mika Noronen, Mika is currently playing for the Sabres farm team called the "Rochester Americans" and regularly gets called up for evaluation. In my opinion and the opinion of many others, he is a better goaltender than Biron whi you seem to not know is the sabres current starter, the word "current" refers to "right now" where "future" refers to somewhere after "current" in this case 2 or 3 years from "current"
