alienware has 3.06 HT's in thier laptops...battery life of about 20minutes.
5600GO and 9600 mobility are due out this month...

centrinos will be better when they hit 2ghz or so.

All the other things you listed are or will be possible in the near future. You didn't define "not overly huge/heavy" so I am guessing you mean 5-6 lbs with 1 optical bay. It would be impossible to fit the proper cooling for the things you listed into a thin and light chasis.
