The prices they have are very good, but I think people do not really buy from them.
There is a thread saying that you gotta call them after placing your order and then they apply the discount or something, not a good site - The prices they have are suspicious. My 2c's.

I was looking to buy something on there, went thru the confirmation at passport.com and didn't see my 20% discount, so I didn't continue on from there. 20 hours later I get an order confirmation, that still doesn't show 20% off. Since I had already ordered thru photoalley, I called them up. Guy said that the 20% doesn't show online, they do it by hand. I said tough, I didn't want to place the order in the first place anyways. I even had a fake CC# in there, the generic testing one. I guess they had not ran my CC thru their processor yet.
