Any oppinions on "Express home buyers" 1800sell2us quick sale type places?

I contacted one to see what kind of offer they will make for my condo, similiar units are going around 275k to 320k on the market, wondering if these places actually make reasonable offers or if they are like a pawn shop for houses.

We are relocating, we have plenty of time but feel like a quick sale at a reasonable price might be a relief from the hassles of selling a home, would like to hear from people with experience in this type of thing.

I'll let you know what they offer.

Plaves like this are like the pawn shop of home buying.

They will offer you maybe 60% or so what you could sell it for. Why would they ofer you anything near market selling price, they would make no money.

Exactly. It's the same as those real estate agents that guarantee that they will buy your home. They will buy it, but at a substantially lower price. We had some friends that ended using a deal like this and lost over $100K.
