Any price drop predictions on 8800 GT cards, Q6600 processor?

I'm in UK but the trend should be the same more or less.

Do you guys see a price drop in near future?

yeah wen the 8800GTS g92 is out i think most ppl will buy that and not the 8800GT so there will more to sell so yeah the price will go down..........i hope >.<

8800gts has been moved back to mid dec, probably b/c nvidia can't supply enough 8800gt cards atm. every time somebody actually has some in stock available for immediate delivery, they go oos again very quickly unless they're WAY over msrp ($300+ range).

there will definitely be a price drop as soon as supply ramps up, it's just a question of when that will happen. rumors abound that nvidia is having some serious problems with their yields right now, if they don't get it fixed in the next couple of months amd is going to clean their clock. on the flip side, if amd can't supply a reasonable number of cards relative to demand then 8800gt will stay high even when supply ramps up.
