Funny, the paper eclipse glasses I had from Celestron had a warning on them stating that they should not be used for more than 3 minutes continuously, and then a few hours break should commence before using again.
I just did quick glances using eclipse glasses. I also kept my camera pointing away from the sun with a solar filter, and only moved it when I wanted a picture. A bit of a pain when. It comes to cropping and centering stuff when processing, but better than frying my camera (or eyes).
