Any suggestions on my build?

I'm just about to place an order for the following:

-Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
-DFI Infinity P965-S
-Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB 2X1GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-12
-Antec P182 case
-BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC 550MHZ 640MB
-Thermalright ULTRA-120 Extreme 6 Heatpipe Cooler
-Thermalright HR-05 High Riser Northbridge Chipset Cooler
-Evercool VC-RE Copper VGA Cooler
-Western Digital Raptor 150GB SATA 10KRPM 16MB
-Pioneer DVR-212D Black DVD-RW 18X6X18 DVD+RW 18X8X18 DL 10X SATA

Also, I have a OCZ GameXStream 600W PSU, Seagate 7200.10 320GB and Creative XFI with me right now, waiting for the rest of the parts to get going.

My goal is to OC the E6600 to 3.5 - 3.7. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice for me before I place this order? I'd really welcome any changes I can make to improve on this.

Looks pretty good overall. Maybe take a look at the Tuniq Tower heatsink as an alternative. Although, the Thermalright is a good one.

Whats the price differential between the BFG 6600 and the EVGA one. The lifetime warranty, even after they go out of production, really helps out in the long run, I feel more confident overclocking mine since I know it will be covered.

Yeah I had a tough time picking between the two, but I chose the Thermalright over the Tuniq because I've heard of lotsa ppl complaining about the finnicky screws to mount the Tuniq on the CPU, and the 120-Extreme did a bit better in the anandtech review (although different fan so who knows.

I was actually going to go for the EVGA one as I've heard so much good things about their warrantee service and customer support, but in the last minute I went for the BFG as it was on sale for $80, plus a $30 mail-in rebate on top of that, putting it $30 less than the EVGA one (with a mail in rebate too) and it's clocked faster. I figure it only has to last me two or three years before it's obsolete anyways, so life time warrantee isn't that important...hopefully
