Any tips to avoid hairloss?

im 20, and noticing vast amounts of my sexy hair on my hand when shampooeing.

i refuse to get bald, hope to get some help.

Let your hair breathe at night (take a shower to wash out moose, gel, or other hair product). Other than that, if you got the genes to lose your hair, you will lose it. No way around it, man.

If it gets wayyyy too bad, just go bald I guess. Everyone in my family has a full head of thick hair until they die, so I don't really worry about balding.

I've heard that talking to a hair that has fallen out in a discouraging and disappointed manner stops the other hairs from following suit.

- remove moose from hair.
- give fallen hair stern talking to.


But the practical solutions are (take your pick):
- the Howie Mandel look
- hair plugs ($10K+)

I've seen a lot of hot women with bald or shaved guys. I think some of us men get more hung up on it than need be. Confidence is an inside job.

Don't touch your hair often. I heard the germs on your hand might cause scalp problem which leads to hairloss.

In the original post, the OP was worrying about his current hair falling out. Shaving his head would solve this problem, and technically, that hair cannot fall out.

It can...and will still fall out.

Probably true, but he'll grow use to not having hair, thus decreasing the shock/horror.
