I have an MDA Mini on Tmobile. Works well but WOULD be SO nice to have the 128MB of ram. TomTom5 takes a few seconds to load up. I'm all for speed but it is rather small . I'll have to live with the lack of speed that I am use to on my computer.
Earphone speaker seems low compared to my P910i.
Outlook sync is great and avantgo is great.

Well I've been (attempting) to use my QTek 9100 for the last day or so. I'm coming from a Treo, rather than a sidekick, and I'm severely disappointed.
The main thing that I always had my treo on me for was so that I could have my emails with me at all times. ChatterMail (for palm) gave me push-email that would sync with any mailbox I asked it to. Unfortunately, I can't get Windows Mobile to so do.
When I bought the device I was aware that there aren't any clients that can do push-email without an exchange server, but I was still expecting pocket outlook and the other clients to be able to periodically sync with my mailboxes. I've been trying to get that to work for the last couple of hours, and I think that this thing highly dislikes the size of my mailbox (22,000 messages). It always times out on the receiving message headers screen, no matter which client I use, even if asked only to sync messages from the last 24 hours.
That's about as far as I've got with setting it up, and if I can't get mail working I'll be forced to return it.

Several people at work (I work for TMo) have replaced their blackberries with the MDA, but I haven't heard any definitive opinions on it yet. Still in "new phone adjustment mode" I guess. But, nobody at work carries Sidekicks, so even if they loved the MDA I'm not sure if it would carry over to a Sidekick user.

Have you tried videos and music yet?
I'm looking for a PDA but if I can upgrade the sidekick to a PDA and phone I'll have everything made.
I miss my Dell Axim
