Make it a necklace, if I remember correctly that was the last "desktop oriented first" chip intel ever produced. After that they started switching over to more mobile designs.
Buddy of mine had a Q9550 and i had a QX9770, amazing chips for their time, and the Q6600 was no different. Probobly still quite capable for all basic tasks, especially if paired with an SSD. Though finding 775 boards is almost impossible nowadays for a decent price.
