Well, just because he has those firearms in his bedroom does not make him a psycho, that is for sure. Hell, I have over 35 rifles, handguns and shotguns in my bedroom. Not a big deal at all.

By buying them he was exercising freedom and supporting the gun industry, makes him a hero in my book.

Sorry, I take it back, he's not a psycho - you are!

Why, please tell me, do you have 35 firearms in your bedroom? If you say self defence I'm going to laugh my arse off I swear... only reasonable excuse would be you're a collector of antique guns...

Also WFT? Supporting an industry makes someone a hero? That's a pretty low bar to set, even if it weren't the arms industry, who are pretty ***** evil themselves.

I would tend to think that one well maintained and loaded handgun would be enough firepower to defend your home from an intruder. 35 guns is either a collector or tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist waiting for the US to be invaded by a neighbor.

Lots of glass, sharp screwdrivers, exacto knife, sizzors, Dudley lock, 2 heatsinks, 2 Wiimotes, and a 10 pound trumpet in case. This isn't on my bedstand, but its within reach in a struggle. Plus I got one mean ass dog they'd have to knock out.

Excercising a basic freedom is hardly a basis for heroism OR psychosis. You people are all nuts, but not for the reasons you think each other is nuts...

I have them in there because that is where I want to put them.

The AR-15, the Mossberg, and whatever handguns I have sitting out are the ones for defense.

I collect full-auto and other class 3 items, and newer manufacture firearms, not old ones.

BTW - the firearms industry is not evil in any way, shape or form. It is the gun grabbers who are evil, and hate freedom.

You are being a total idiot. The law abiding gun owner is not the person to be afraid of. I can't believe how naive you are being.

Psycho...

Even from a purely practical point of view that's way over the top - if someone broke into your house they'd be falling over weapons the whole way, what makes you think they wouldn't pick one up?

Ummm......Perhaps you dont know what "bedroom" is??

Every gun i own is for one reason. To put a big grin on my face, except for the Sig.
I bought the Sig for one purpose. To shoot a man dead. I hope to God that day never comes too, but should I be forced into such a position.....I'm ready.

HK is evil. After all these years they still refuse to make semi automatic versions of their rifles for civilians.

Thats not entirely true. HK did for a number of years try to bring products to the civilian market. Every time they were hit with 2 problems. Either the Feds would step in and ban it (or its importation) or the civilian market just didnt care for it.

Basically, the good stuff was banned and what they did come out with sucked. While I'm far from an HK fan, HK hasnt snubbed the civvie market to near the extent Colt has.

Now Colt, they can suck it.
