Any Wine Aficianados here?

My brother is getting married in 3 weeks and for one of his gifts I'd like to get him a nice bottle of wine. I want something that he can keep for many years and will mature nicely, possibly something that he could open on his 10th/20th Anniversary. He's traveled through the Napa Valley a few times, so something from that region might be more special to him, but I'm open for any suggestions. I'm willing to spend up to $100 and can purchase online if I need to. Oh, and I don't think he has any preference between red or white. thanks!

Wine doesn't mature much past 2 years. It's a decaying exponential dependence and after 2 years there isn't much noticable improvement.

There are a few wines which will age up to maybe 5-7 years, but you'd have to have a pretty good palate to notice it.

If you're going to spend that much, then getting a classic french bordeaux would probably do him well.
