Anybody get a Google+ invite?

wow, i love the feature that lets you type in anyone's name and view your info from their perspective

Herpaderp... Facebook has had this for a while excluding the anyone category I believe. It could be anyone on your friends or someone you don't know at all. A friend of friend option or someone in your network might be an option? Not sure.

I'm assuming someone from this site sent me one. I requested an invite on a few other boards, but this one is by far the most active.

And we're not able to do much right now anyway with the invites. Google has "temporarily exceeded" their capacity.

You can still send invites, but they cant accept it.

You're a part of a small group of people who are helping to test Google+. When you share something with people who are not yet able to use Google+, they will receive it via email but won't be able to comment or engage with the content like other Google+ users. They'll be able to join Google+ as we let more users in over time.

I think I got one from you. Was unable to sign up.

I read somewhere that if you include the person's email in a stream update, or something like that, an invitation is sent to their inbox to sign up.
