Everyone who has pm'd me so far has been sent an email, or Google+ showed them as already having an account when I was going to invite them so it was not sent. Also you all just get added to a circle I made of anandtech people, don't feel obligated to add me to a circle etc.
The Facebook plugin for Google+ is nice, not full functionality yet, just lets you view and post to your stream. But it separates the facebook stream into it's own section so it doesn't get mixed with the Google+ stream which is nice.
I'm digging Google+ because it is always present on the sites I visit and I like how following people is pretty much like following people on twitter. I have Leo Laporte, Felicia Day, the google founders, and some others that I follow which gives me news updates etc without having to have a twitter account.
Also being able to sort my stream by circles is great, much nicer than having everything lumped together.
