Hello gang,
I currently have an XP2700+ paired with a 6800GS and 1GB of dual channel memory. I would like to try to extend the life of my pc for another 12-24 months and I am wondering if the x1950Pro card would do the trick. Specifically, I would love to see a Raven Shield Vegas benchmark with the x1950Pro agp card and even better yet, with a slower cpu like mine. I want to see if my system could play the game at 800x600 or 1024x768 in HIGH DETAIL with an avg of 25+ FPS. If it could, then it is likely my system would be good for games using the Unreal 3 engine and it might be able to handle Crysis as well. If not, then it looks like I will need to get a new system this year. I would like to wait until quad core comes down in price and the bugs are worked out of Vista.
Thanks in advance for any benchmarks you have!
