Anybody having OC issues With Asus Bios 1305

I received my replacement Asus Sabertooth MB with BIos 1305 and am having trouble overclocking. My original board with 2600k processor overclocked easily to 4.8 ghz. All was running great. Can't get the new board to OC at all it seems. The settings in bios remain, the system boots but the speed does not rev up under load. Wondering if maybe Aisuite is overriding settings somehow. Will try to uninstall Aisuite and see what happens. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Flash your board with this bios

1. Reset your UEFI to Optimized Defaults, reboot, enter UEFI and then flash to the new UEFI build.

2. After flash and restart, shutdown the system before you enter Windows/Linux.

3. Remover the power cord from the power supply, wait thirty seconds, press Power Onbutton to clear any remaining charge, clear CMOS for five seconds , reattach the power cord, power on the system, enter UEFI, set to Optimized Defaults, save and exit.

4. Enter UEFI, set your system to customized settings based on your system configuration (RAID, OC, etc), save and exit.
Especially the cmos reset is important, as my sabretooth was not posting ( again), after the cmos reset it finally works as it should...

There's an even newer BIOS now than 1305, so I'd go with that if you're going to reflash.
