I play drums, so I figure I'm at least somewhat ambidextrous. I can also switch-hit in baseball or any other sport. Actually, I can do most everything equally well with both hands, but I still can't write well with my left hand though.

i can type with my left hand. Other than that my left hand is weaker and less accurate.

Im not in the true sense ambidextrous. I write and eat with my left hand, and I play all sports right handed.

I play the piano, so my left hand is decently articulate/accurate. I can hammer a nail/throw a ball/fight (I'm in a Krav Maga class) more-or-less equivalently. Couldn't dream of writing with it though. Right hand is still far more coordinated.

I am.
Its because I had a grandmother that believed that being left handed was wrong.
Any time I wanted to do things with my left hand, she would 'correct me' and place it in my right hand.
It paid off in the end though
I can now type, use a mouse, solder, or anything else and really do use both hands for writing, etc.
I just use whatever hand is closest to whatever I am doing, without really thinking about it.

You're not really ambidexterious unless you can throw a strike using both hands at equal velocity. I don't wanna use the chopstick example 'cause people can't even do it w/ their primary hand.

uh...i don't know how to answer this. i'm right handed and i do everything right handed except putting (golf) and pucking hockey left handed. i may want to hit golf balls left handed since i'm better at pucking hockey left handed so that may fuel my power.

edit: yes, i can throw lacrosse balls left handed since you have to be good at both sides.

I can almost use chopsticks well in my left, but I can't figure out how to throw with my left arm at all.

i can spin pens in both hands. it's clear my right spins a little better, but i cant really do much with my left other than that.

i cannot do fps wasd+mouse with hands swapped i've found, that is much harder.

Everybody who has ever driven stick can steer with their left hand only. I never use my right hand to drive anymore, even when driving an automatic.

However, that's where my ambidexterity ends. My left arm is totally useless. It's so embarrassing trying to do anything with it, especially sports.

I was left handed till ~7 years of age. Wrote, batted, did everything with my left. Randomly switched to my right. Can't do much with my left, but I can still write with it, and I play bass so it gets plenty of workout.

Heh yeah I broke my right wrist skating one night... casted for three months. Had to use the left for... stuff...
