Anybody here Ambidexterious?

I can write with either hand. I switched randomly a lot back in grade school, so both got practice.

I tried writing only with my left hand in high school. That failed miserably.

I tried to teach myself to be write with both hands back in the day, but I gave up.

I am actually in about month 6 in my effort to become ambidextrous. I always eat and brush my teeth left handed, and whatever other tasks I can think of. So far I'm making big progress.

Yes. I write predominantly left-handed, but I can write right-handed as well. I tend to throw right-handed, bat left-handed, etc. but do most other things with my left.

There are some things that, for whatever reason, I am not equally proficient in both hands. On the piano, for example, my right-hand is more dexterous. I also find that proficiency can be gained over time.

I can mouse fairly easily with my left hand and throw a frisbee well enough that it flies straight. I don't really use it for anything else.

Naw. I'm left handed and about the only thing I use my right for is using scissors which 99% of the time I use only my right hand for. I'll sometimes eat/use a fork with my right hand but I'm pretty much a lefty.

Wow, same here. Never thought to ask here to see if anyone else was like this. I throw right, bat lefty. Tennis either hand. Kick either foot, left is more accurate..right is more power. Use knifes lefty. Write lefty, used to practice righty and could write legibly. fap either hand. Can't think of any others right now..

Me too.

I'm the opposite. Anything dextrous (throw, write, cut, ect) I do right handed. Anything that is a swinging motion (bat, golf, hockey, ect) I do lefty. Talk about being screwed up.

I can run a mouse in either hand with little trouble, and I can still bowl a 100+ game of bowling with my left hand, but I'd look like a three year old if I tried to write anything with it.

I'm the opposite ... I'm a right-handed writer, eater etc., but play many sports left-handed. Except racquet sports, and basketball

I saw something about this kind thing in American Dad the other night I can't believe people were stupid enough to believe left-handed people were evil or something for so long. I'm a left handed writer (HARCCORE, writing with my right hand is just miserable) and eater but everything else is right hand.

thats because most coaches back then made the kids do it their way, ie right handed. my ex is a lefty, along with most of her family. our kids are all rightys, im ambidextrous. kids always crack up when i write with both hands at once, and it really comes in handy to be able to eat with either hand. especially when at a table with many people and theres a lefty next to you elbowing your arm while you eat. while working on puter systems at work, ill have a mouse in each hand. my boss told me one time that hes not going to pay me double, no matter how many computers i can run at once... hes a funny guy.
