You're not really ambidexterious unless you can throw a strike using both hands at equal velocity. I don't wanna use the chopstick example 'cause people can't even do it w/ their primary hand.
If you can do it consistantly then yeah. I can throw a baseball just as fast if not faster with my left hand than my right (I'm right handed), but accuracy tends to be upredictable.
