Anybody here use crosswinds Email?

So yeah... I haven't received any of my email in the last 2 days now... I am expecting serveral very important business related messages... none of which have come through. Of course.. they haven't posted anything about any problems... and they don't have any telephone numbers to call... their only tech support is through email! duh! Anyway.. do any of you use this service and are having similar problems? Thanks

Actually, I will probably be setting up my account on my DSL ISP... I just haven't used it cause I don't like having to chage everything relating to my email address. Looks like I will have to now though :|

I dunno if you can still do this, but years ago I was using netzero when it was still free. Needless to say, I haven't used it in years but I still use their mail server w/o problems. Tho, my prefered server is one that my cousin hosts (his business).

I've got an account with Crosswinds. It's not my main account, but it tends to get a couple E-mails each week. Never had any problems with it.

EDIT: Are you accessing it via http://cwmail.crosswinds.net, or are you using an E-mail program like Outlook to access the POP account? I use the web-based access myself.

I used Crosswinds for about 4 months last year. Every week or so a day would go by that I couldn't connect to the server. I gave up and have been using Softhome.net ever since, for over a year, and have never had a problem.

Softhome has been good.

Try it.

I remember back in the days when the crosswinds guys were like "OMG WE PROMISE THAT WE WILL NEVER EVER HAVE POPUPS!" Few months later, you gotta pay for no popups. It's a bad host.

Update:

I use outlook to get my messages, but there is nothing present in the web-based viewer either.

My email works now, I got a few messages around 2pm, but I haven't gotten any of the messages from before that. They haven't answered my emails, there isnt anybody in their tech chat, and there aren't any phone numbers listed to call. They aren't very good at keeping customers.
