Anybody in CALIFORNIA ever FIGHT a PHOTO ENFORCEMENT TICKET?

Didn't yield as long as I should have on a RED LIGHT before turning right. Ticket was sent to my residence w/ a BLURRY COLORED picture of ME (only I can tell it's me)... the ticket was addressed to my dad though who is the registered owner of the vehicle.

Went on ticketassassin and it was recommended that my dad do a Trial By Declaration showing that the driver was not him.

Anybody have any luck using this argument? Those of you who are familiar w/ ticketassassin might have a better idea of what I'm talking about

Never done a photo ticket before. I had the camera flash at me while the light was green once, never got anything in the mail though.

Funny I just came across Stan the radar man yesterday. He seems very confident of defeating any ticket redlight or otherwise that is less than 65mph. Good luck.

IGBT: Haha, sarcasm? They're soooo big and bulky, I was a fool to not be careful because I head to the destination the way where I would see them, but I head back a way where I don't see them...

They are usually pole-mounted on the sidewalk overlooking the intersection.

Actually, in California, they hide the cameras in bushes or in trees. Very sneaky.

Standard placements, however, are very easy to spot. They are normally on one or two poles, with a giant freaking flash that blinds people.

they just installed them 1 block from my house at an intersection, they're huge and plain as day. They also posted signs regarding the cameras and when not to turn on a red. The flash on them is incredibly bright, I was catty corner in my car to where the turn is, I watched (no lie) 4 people in a row turn right and *FLASH* I can't believe the 3 after the first didn't see the first, then each didn't see the one ahead of them. Expensive ass ticket too

..I've looked all over the place at the intersection of Geneva and San Jose ave and can't find em. Might be an interesting fox hunt. Find the ticket cams and post a pic of em.

My mom tried, she lost of course even though her reasons were valid for her infraction.

She turned right on a red light, even though she stopped first and there were no cars, she still received the ticket.

She wrote them a letter explaining what happened and to even look at the damn photo, but she still lost her case.

Don't fight it, waste of time.

I hear ya, I've done ticketassassin 3 times so far... I won twice but they were for speeding tickets... this is my first photo infraction attempt
