I want to upgrade and I'm looking for a good online mail order compnay that will ship COD. I havent really found any at all..

Parents ???..I'm a father myself so your way off with that nice thread cap...The reason I need cod is because my CC is almost over and I have $2.54 in PayPal

You could go on reseller ratings and look around it will say if they have COD or not.

Quite a few offer prepayment - you send them the Money Order, they ship the goods as soon as it's received. I've done that before with compgeeks.com and mwave.com. It saves money that way as COD shipments are expensive to process. Any place that does offer it will usually charge you at least $5. for the privilege.
