Here's my guess based on similarities to Spanish and Italian words I know:
Hey pretty girl...
Pretty girl, what are you doing?
Pretty girl, pretty girl, how's it going?
But pretty girls,
I don't understand French
so which line is which language?
Some might be words in multiple languages, but here's what I get:
Oi lienda - No idea what language but is similar to the Spanish, "Oye, linda!" which is "Listen, thing that is pretty!" I will guess Portuguese...
Bella che fa? - Italian for, "Thing that is beautiful, what are you doing?"
Bonita, bonita que tal? - Spanish for, "Thing that is pretty, thing that is pretty, what's up?"
But belle - English "but" followed by French for "thing that is beautiful" or Italian for "things that are pretty"...Looking back, the French would make more sense here to match the other lines
Je ne comprend pas francais - French for "I don't understand French"
