Look for an Athlon XP 2900+ combo at Tiger Direct. They have TD rebates, though. I got this CPU with an NForce2 MB for $179-$40MIR-$40MIR, and received one rebate(posted to Paypal) in less than a month. Others would claim my experience is unusually good. LINK
