Much seems to depend on the actual location of the facility.

I have taken grandkids to multiple locations (in different states). Those in nicer parts of town have better quality customers. The attitude of the workers also seem to represent the clientele.

It was fine the last time I was there, I mean the food sucks and the arcade games were pretty poor but the kids had fun and the staff were nice. They also stamp your hand with a UV ink when you come in and do the same with your kids, they check when you leave to make sure the numbers match.
