Anyone broke a true 200MHz DDR Memory on the Athlon XP or Pentium 4 yet?

Its apparent that last month a plethora of great performing memory hit the scene around here. Alot of people seem to be toying with a true 200MHz DDR memory bus (i.e. DDR400) for Athlons and Pentium 4's. I'm curious as to how much it helps either chip, especially the Athlons considering how hamstrung their front-side bus was designed. If you have any links or benchmarks please post them and let us know how the 200MHz DDR memory is performing in your rigs.

Please specify the stock front-side bus and multiplier of your CPU to help us all see the differences. If its not too much trouble try to post stock benchmarks alongside your overclocked ones, too. Thanks!

I just ran a couple of quick Q3 demo_four benches. This is DDR300 Vs DDR400, but it shows if mem BW matters.

1.6A @ 2.4 GHz 150 FSB 1:1 DDR300

30fps is huge difference, especially considering the 33% boost in memory and not processor speed. Thanks for the post.
