I bought the Netgear mr814 for my dad on July 30th. It was a nice deal $58 - $20 rebate = $38 shipped. I noticed yesterday that they lowered the price to $45 and the $20 rebate was still valid so it's $25 shipped. I figured, what the heck, I'll send an email asking for a refund of the difference because I purchased it so recently (like the circuit city commercials). I wasn't expecting them to, but I figured it was worth a shot. I got an email today saying they'd give me the $13 refund. I wish all stores had customer service that was as good as amazon's.
