I don't want to freak you out or anything, but my cousin (39 years old) died over the weekend, and I just now found out that she died from her airway being blocked by mucus (she was getting over a cold.) She apparently tried coughing it up in the morning, couldn't breathe, passed out and died on the bathroom floor. Her mother found her an hour later.
You probably should see a doctor if it's an ongoing problem or if OTC meds (like Mucinex) don't help you.

Ok guess you have a point lol. Thought it would be easier that way anyway what works for me is watching what I eat. For a couple days no eggs flour salt fast food eggs are the worst according to what I've read. Google mucus free diet cut down on those type of foods and eat cayenne pepper wheat germ oil molasses vinegar kelp those types of food won't cause any mucus. Here is a link that explains it spam link removed I had symptoms for a year back in 2015 desperate to find a solution went to doctors four times and all they did is gave me antibiotics and didn't help. hope this helps anybody out there. There's other people that have this problem and it can be a nightmare I'll try to post this solution on other forums. No ones going to email you lol. Unless they want on a spam list.

Good info, yeah just cutting out dairy as much as possible is a big step in the right direction.
