I already searched the forums, and it makes sense that they're backed up because of the holidays, but I wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience this week. I shipped out something I sold on eBay on Monday via USPS Priority mail with insurance and DC. The DC is still reporting the information was electronically received. I got an e-mail from the buyer, getting anxious that the package has not been received yet. I am a bit surprised it has not arrived yet. How long should I give before issuing a refund and placing a complaint/insurance claim with USPS? I've shipped many things via USPS before and this is the first time I've encountered such a long delay.
