Alabama has a crazy law where stores cannot sell beer with an ABV of over 6% or in containers larger than 16oz. This takes away a large majority of the better brewed beers.

Their "World Bistro and Gardens" is quite an awesome venue. Too bad the beers don't match the awesomeness of the architecture. 11th anniversary was a decent beer...I was a fan of Ruination until it suffered a drastic decline in quality in the last year. It's okay - my tastes have graduated to Russian River Pliny the Elder/Younger.

You'll love the Cali-Belgique IPA then. It's their IPA with Belgian yeast.
