Anyone else notice with Chrome

Google Chrome, that sometimes the entire program just freezes for 20-30 seconds before coming back to life. Usually happens with password sites/pdf files. Is there an easy fix for this ?

Wait for the next release. It's Google, it'll be in beta until about 2012.

I had a problem with Chrome and went to their support site, noticed a lot of the answers were simply "we're working on it." It is just an unfinished browser, but check the site to see if they address your question.

Use FF

Try turning off Chrome's malware protection. From what I have read it helps.

I get more freezes/slowdowns from FF than in Chrome. But chrome has more incompatibilities..

i don't use it for more than a couple tabs. seems to take a while to come back if you minimize it for a while. doesn't happen in firefox
