Anyone ever buy Ashley furniture?

I have a coffe table, 2 side tables, a loveseat and a chaise from them for $999 package deal when I was in college. not bad quality-wise, definitely a step above your Bush, osullivan, or Sauder's particle board stuff. But if you can spend a little bit more, you can get better stuff. Ashley uses a lot of soft wood/pine, so they dent easily.

I bought some of their Millenium line stuff ... it's holding up well ...

Bought in '99 ... now it's our guest bedroom furniture ...

what are you looking for?

Right now, a dresser and a nightstand for a bedroom.

Later on, probably a sofa and maybe a table to go with it.

I bought a couch from Ashley about 3 years ago. The frame broke. Luckily, it was in its one year warranty and they sent someone out to fix it. He used a bracket and screwed to put it back together; it was better than new. The damn thing was put together with staples. Anyways, the couch was okay, but I probably won't buy anything from them again. Honestly, you get what you pay for with Ashley.

It'd be worth checking out what they have, if you do.

IKEA's quality is lower than Ashley's. Why would you send him there?
