My mobo blew, called them up, the guy answering just goes "hello" like it was a residental number, and after a few questions making sure it was soyo, he transfered me to RMA dept. which was just a recording saying to goto www.soyousa.com/rma which is an extremely hard to fill out form and it seems they need you to pay all the shipping... anyone ever got through all that?
