i was approached by someone about it but they didn't tell me what it was about .... i had time to kill so i went to one of the presentation/seminar events out of curiosity, turns out it was quixtar which was founded by amway people but operated much the same.
at the seminar, they put people up on stage, said they made so much money that they quit their jobs to do it full time.
what i got out of it ... only the people on top make money because it's based on sales and commissions ... pyramid scheme. the hopefuls go in hoping to make money but will spend too much time hoping to become like the top people and very few will succeed. most will quit or stubbornly continue hoping to make it big.
why i didn't sign up:
- the guy who tried to recruit me claimed to make a 6 figure income but drove a beat up old caddy ... it didn't seem right
- they wanted me to pay something like $50 to start ... logic dictated that if they were so sure that was going to make a ton of money, they could just take the cost of the startup kit out of my 6 figure income AFTER i started getting my 6 figure income, not before.
- i hate trying to sell things to friends and family or strangers minding their own business in walmart ... exactly how i was approached. doesn't sell
