Well, if you're going into Business, getting into the Haas Business School at Berkeley would be a great opportunity. Granted, the school is big, but if you make an effort to get to know the prof and go to office hours and such, it won't be completely impersonal. SCU also has a great biz school, but is more regionally known, so if you're planning on sticking around CA, then SCU just might be what you're looking for. I don't go to SCU so I can't give you particular information, but I do know a bit about it... the good thing is that you'll have smaller classes and it won't be as difficult to get into your classes, whereas you'll definitely have a huge problem with that if you go to the bigger schools such as SJSU or UCB. Also, you should look into other things that you want to get from your college experience besides simply small classes. UCB might have a lot more to offer than SCU which is considerably smaller. I'm not recommending any school either way since it really depends on what you're looking for in particular, but I do recommend that you let other factors into your decision aside from just going to a small school in order to get personal attention from your profs, because no matter where you go, profs usually have office hours where you can get to know them and be more than a face in a crowd.
