nitric oxide is suppose to give better pumps and energy overall. my workouts are kinda laggy lately since i'm so damn tired after work, so I'm thinking of trying a pre-workout drink.
NO-Xplode is not an NO product. It is a caffeine product. NO did nothing for me and does nothing for a lot of people. You get the pumps from other ingredients though.
I personally bought a 90 pill bottle of caffeine for $6 and take one before a workout along with a carb drink, beta alanine, and citruline malate.
Before I used it I would find myself yawning at the gym between sets and stuff, but ever since I've been on it I don't do that at all. It defiitely gives me more energy and pump.
But like Tallbill said a lot of stuff taht works for some doesn't work for others. I've tried a buncha different creatines but the only one that has worked for me is Celltech which a lot of people consider way overpriced (as most Muscletech stuff is) but I use it since it's the only kind that has worked for me.
When I ran out of NO Explode after my first tub of it I wasn't using it for like 2-3 weeks. I definitely noticed a difference at my workouts w/out it. I'm now on my 2nd tub of it and it still feels like it's helping out.
