anyone having this IE 6.0 problem running win98se?

I'm not sure if it's a problem or if it's suppose to be like this because so far this has happen in every version of IE 6.0, even build 2501. In windows explorer, sometimes you may delete files and folders in there and go to the recycle bin to empty it by highlighting it and clicking the file button and choose empty recycle bin from the menu, but everytime the recycle bin is highlighted in IE 6.0, the file & edit drop down menus don't work, if I highlight the file in the recycle bin, the edit menu works but file menu still doesn't, as long as the recycle bin is not highlighted in windows explorer, the file menu will work. This never happens in IE 5.5, only in every IE 6.0 versions. Anyone else have this happening? this is the only problem I can find for it so far.

I don't have this one but I have many other problems. I wish I never installed IE6. I mostly have problems with Flash and Java playback, cgi forms and cookies. The security settings are screwing things up. All of a sudden Micro$oft cares about our privacy - what a pile of crap.

I used to, that is until I unistalled IE 6 and reinstalled IE 5.5. IE 6 is just too bugy, wait for the retail version to come out, because you're not missing anything in IE 6.

MrCodeDude, how did you reinstall 5.5? There is no uninstall option for 6. Can you just run 5.5 installer or need to reinstall Windows? Yeah, 6 is so buggy it's annoying and useless.
