anyone here dring chai tea?

My new thing now is chai tea! I love it. It's so flavorful. Anyone here drink it? I believe it orignated in India.

Chai tea is most excellent. Look for the Uncle Lee's brand at Trader Joes. It's in a green box and is great when served both hot and as iced tea.

chai is black tea milk cardamom and clove, I usually omit the clove though.
Mom's chai is the best, the crap at starbucks and the like is always a blend
that tastes stale. Just boil a cup of water with a cardamom pod and a clove and
steep your tea and then add heated milk.

tho my parents do drink it, i have never really liked the taste of it, dno why. maybe it's because the one that they make has a fairly large amount of ginger in it, and this supposed to make the tea very strong tasting, and give you a better "kick" than caffeine, but my dad seems to be hoooked ont it, cos if i talk to him before i drink the tea, he'll flip out on me on the tiniest mistake that i would make, lol
