It's good, but getting harder to come by. The only store around here that sells it usually wants $8/sixer.

Bass is one of the few beers that can be better from the tap then bottle. Don't ask me why.

My favorite of the widely available mass market beers. It's the best brew that can be found in an average supermarket, to get stuff better than Bass usually requires finding a package store with a nice microbrew and import selection.
Last time I picked up Bass a 12 pack was $9.99. Even if it was more expensive, life is too short to save money by drinking bad beer.

I really like English ales... Bass is pretty darn good for a mass produced brew, esp fresh... fresh is tough with lots of brews.
You now have to complete the Guiness company collection... Guiness Draught and Harp lager. Yumyum.

Damn!
It's $14.99 here in RI.
I do agree Bass Ale is great stuff. Stores that carry Bass, usually carry Harp which is cheaper and good too
