I ran a project in hunters point for several months, never had a problem, other than one of my men getting shot. It's a rough area...

I know there's quite a few in Oakland or Richmond. The Tenderloin is probably your best bet.

there is one on Fillmore called Jerry's Barber Job but I did not like the way they cut my hair

I would try the East bay cities like Richmond and Oakland. San Francisco is getting very expensive to live here. A lot of Blacks and Hispanics are moving out of here because they can't afford to live here. Many Asians are buying up property in Hunters point is a prime example.
