I'm not judging here, but if you're like a majority of 23-year-olds, you have a bit more growing to do. In your particular point in life, not having kids is likely a no-brainer. I strongly suggest you wait until you're around 30, or at least married to someone who feels the same way, prior to having The Procedure. In the meanwhile, there are several alternatives (pill, patch, etc.).
