OP, honestly it sounds like your fitness plan is the same type of thing as p90x, or those "300 workouts" that were springing up left and right after the movie came out--a pre-packaged workout/activity routine, the difference being that your plan seems to entail performing various gymnastics-, martial arts-, and breakdancing-derived moves instead of things like flipping tires or push-ups.
In essence, as others have said, if someone cannot currently see abdominal definition, it's for one of two reasons--too much fat and/or too little muscle. If your program results in individuals being able to see their abs, then it's reduced their body fat % and/or increased the size of their abdominal muscles. The main difference you seem to be focusing on is simply the goals and mentality of the individual upon beginning the program--rather than losing weight or increasing overall strength, you've tailored your program to appeal to those individuals who want a six-pack but, for whatever reason, don't want to head into a gym, and don't feel like starting something like p90x at home.
