Anyone know where you can buy DDR4 at best prices?

I have been hunting around for DDR4 (32gb, 2x 16 GB Sticks) for my new build. So far some of cheap stuff seems to be on Ebay.com but not sure how could those no name RAM are.

Anyone know other shops that may have good deals on RAM these days?

With the cost of RAM now, I'm not willing to take a chance on no-name brands.
