I played some at pacific poker in the past couple of weeks. I wasn't having any luck with the sit&go tables, so I decided to try some rings games. I doubled up pretty quickly and decided to cash out for now.

Yeah pacific poker is pretty good on the ring games...that's all I play there.....if anyone wants to make a first deposit there, email me...and I can send u an email to get ya $50 free after an initial $50 deposit plus 25%....so you would start with $112.50 after only putting in $50....nice deal...

oh man, I was playing on a 2/4 table just messing around. I called with 53o. I ended up winning about 25 bucks with 2 pair on the river. It really pissed one of the other players off .

Used to play at partypoker quite religiously. Did very well there; 2 multi table tourney wins, 6 fina tables, as well as regular NL games. Been in Oklahoma for a month now for school and have been playin more real games at the local casino cleaning up at the $100NL tables.

edt: missed the cruise trip at PP by 4 .

That's been the story of my last 1000 hands. Driving me up the wall.

I try to console myself by saying that long term I'll make money but damn I hate losing it like that.

Yeah i dont really think long term, becasue I play a lot of SNG and MTT. I've been mildy successful in MTTs, actually won 500 something dollars in one. I should start playing SNG though, im sure i could rip it up for a while.

You pretty much need to sign up for something like Neteller or Firepay.

I setup a checking account to use as a vulnerable account, anything I do online goes through that. PayPal, Neteller, etc.

People like that think they are good but a good player will not get upset with poor play, with the notable exception of Phil Helmuth. That's how you make money in the long run. He should have said "Nice hand." and put "will call with bottom pair in order to hit a 6 outer on the river. Seek him out whenever possible." in his notes and be done with it.

I use to play at PartyPoker but too many people play crazy since it is play money.

I joined PokerStars.net on Monday. Started at midnight with $1,000. By 3am, I had $320,000.

As of last night, I lost it ALL. I was losing with full houses, flushes, 2 pair, etc.. I couldn't win for anything the last few nights.

I play 5/10 6-max on Empire (Party Poker skin). I try to get 25-35k hands in per month. Been on a nice rush so far this month and am up about $3000. Since I started a little over 4 months ago at .5/1 I have cleared about $12,500. It is a nice part-time job.
