What about payment and withdraws?

I tried getting a express wallet thing for Bodog but they(express wallent) want a paper check. Online checking accounts don't give paper checks. Plus I'm not big on the whole photo copies of my credit card thing. That leaves out a Virtual Account number by Citi bank.

except it doesn't. they're talking about sportsbooks and online casinos. you will not find one instance of someone prosecuted for playing poker online.
