CDW is more a reseller for businesses. They do huge amounts of business with large corporations. I buy just about everything computer related through them for work.

i bought a monitor from them a couple years ago with no problems.

i'd say you are ok, they are a huge retailer. they have tv commercials here in fact.

I bought a acer aspire as2012wlmi from there a couple weeks ago, no problem and fast delivery. I ended up returning it (it was too heavy for my wife) and they refunded me fully and quickly.

I bought a panasonic DVI blade for my plasma last year, again, no problem.
