Anyone really understand "Snatch"?

Just watched it, I got through the accent about a quarter through the movie, but never quite got a hang of brand pitt's. I was quite confused about the whole movie though, besides theres an 84carat diamond and boxing, and a dog

Everybody wants the diamond, and the only people who were not looking for the diamond ended up with it.

Very crude explination but thats the main theme of the movie.

Did you watch it on DVD cos you can turn on 'Pikey Subtitles'

Even I didn't understand most of his jibberish, and I'm British.

Not really a complicated film though.

I went to hollywood video yesterday and snatch was available for rent, so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to buy it somewhere.

umm...there's really not that much to get. It's a pretty straight forward caper flick.

The accents might be a little tough, especially Pitt's, but that's the whole point of his...it's a joke, you're not supposed to understand him.

i kinda get the picture of where they are getting at, but the movie didnt make me laugh for a single bit... i dont share the same sense of humor i suppose

I LOVED that movie. As someone else said, Brad Pitt was supposed to be incomprehensible, but I had no problem understanding anyone else. I guess all my interactions with Brits (I dated one for a couple of years) must help.

he he, that is one damn funny movie.
Just watch it yesterday on DVD, with subtitles.
better than most summer movie that is out now.
must rent lock stock later.

The Way of The Gun

hmm...I'm a big fan of Snatch & LS&TSB, but I thought The Way of the Gun was terrible. I've still got to see Boondock Saints.
